Gehring Miller is a composer, music producer, and songwriter based in Los Angeles, writing music for trailers, game cinematics, and film. He came to it from making records, so most of what he writes is built around a melody or a voice.

He comes from a musical family and has played instruments since he was five, studying jazz through high school and college. He started recording his own music at 14, which led to a degree in Audio Design & Production from Columbia College Chicago, and years of playing indie rock shows in dive bars and touring nationally still shape his instinct for songwriting.

A move to L.A. led to producing and engineering sessions for major-label artists including Roddy Ricch, Kehlani, Swae Lee, Ella Mai, and Giveon. He co-produced Ella Mai’s “Chasing Circles” with Mustard, who he also performed with at Coachella in 2025, and co-produced Lu Han’s “Dream All Summer,” which debuted at #14 on Billboard’s China TME UNI chart. His songs have landed 23 sync placements across Netflix, HBO Max, MTV, BET, and Lifetime, including all three seasons of Ginny & Georgia, Alice in Borderland, Love Is Blind, and Teen Mom.

Today, Gehring composes cinematic music for trailers, game cinematics, and film. He also writes songs to brief for artists, ad campaigns, and sync, bringing the same ear for hooks and mood to both.
